Social Media takes time and savviness to build audiences!

I know you may not want to hear this on a Friday, but the weekends are prime social media time for many people. I have talked about content before, but I wanted to emphasize that good social media posting does take time and a special type of person to create and do the posting.

A social media post, to be effective, does need to be thoughtful, creative, and relevant. It will take some time to look for the right images and videos, to craft the right message, to format for each individual social media outlet (each has its own best ways to post for more organic outreach).

You also should consider who is doing the posting. You will want someone clever, someone that has at least an inkling of who and what you are about to get the posts right, someone that will not just post a bland marketing message with a ticket link, someone who is savvy with hashtags and tagging people, someone who will make people laugh, cry, think and respond by liking, sharing and commenting.

If you happen to be at a loss for the right person or content, at the very least, look around for other content to share that has all of the best elements. There is great content floating around that may work for you.

Best case scenario is to hire the right people and invest in them taking the time to do social media the right way for you. It will make a huge difference for building your audiences with more page likes, post likes, comments and shares, and of course, more purchases too.

Cheers to happy and loyal audiences,
Shoshana
