Arts can stick in your mind [Video Included]

The arts can be completely inspirational to the point that something truly memorable will stick in your mind. I am once again at my coffee shop, and on their music stream was a song that was used in a dance number on SYTYCD. This was one of the most memorable performances over all of the seasons.

That number moved me more than most. I am attempting not to lose it in public because the choreography, the beautifully danced performance came flooding back to me. I could see the lines, the pain, the flexibility, the almost violent nature of the choreography at points.

This is how powerful a quality piece of art can be. No matter where you are, it can come back to you with the slightest of triggers. A smell, a song, an expression on someone’s face. When art is created with your heart hanging out for all to see, it will move people.

Which brings me to repeating myself once again, if you want a quality audience, and to build this quality audience, you must supply people with quality, from the heart arts.

Cheers to happy and loyal audiences,
Shoshana

Testimonials

Boulder County Arts Alliance

“Shoshana’s orchestration of her workshops is a good demonstration of audience development in action. People mentioned to us they heard from her the next day to thank them for coming. I think that’s an unusual and pleasing post-workshop experience!” —Charlotte LaSasso, Communications Director
