Today I received a quick email from a company that I have been loyal to for 15 years. They were thanking me for being a long term customer. This might have been an automated message, but at least they thought to send out this message.

Are you doing this? Are you sending out thank yous to people that have been loyal to your organization, or have been purchasing your art work for many years? 

If not, it is time to start!
